Delete your Schedulebot account
Schedulebot, by RecreateAi, LLC, is the app customers of home service companies use to book and track service visits.
Delete it in the app
1. Open the Schedulebot app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete Account (home customers) or Delete Login (business customers), then confirm.
Your login is deleted right away. You're signed out on every device, and we delete:
the phone number or email you sign in with
your name in the app
the link to your customer record
your access to business accounts
your devices and notification history
Ask us to delete it
Can't open the app? Email support@recreateai.com with the subject "Delete my Schedulebot account". Send it from the email you sign in with, or include the mobile number you sign in with and the name of your service company. We'll delete your login and email you when it's done, within 30 days.
What stays
Visits you booked and requests you sent are part of your service company's records and stay with that company, along with our booking record for that company. To have those deleted, contact your service company directly.
